Love is a verb. Love is acting in the best interests of the person we love.

Love is being patient, tolerant and considerate.

Love is considering the partner in our choices.

Love is not You vs I, but "US"- being a team.

Love is being an emotionally safe space for your partner, so they feel safe to confide in you and feel heard, seen and understood

Love is being respectful and sensitive to our partner's needs and desires.

Love is in the little things you do for each other.

Love is not just saying "I love you", but holding that intention in all our actions
